住戸タイプはワンルーム、1LDK、メゾネットタイプの2LDKと多くの種類が用意されている。
これは入居者が住戸タイプに生活を合わせるのではなく、生活スタイルに合った住戸タイプを選択できたらと考えたからだが、
多様な住居タイプとかつての商店街に軒を連ねていた多様な店舗とがオーバーラップする。

The site is located in an old shopping street.
The shopping street, used to be lined with a variety small stores such as greengrocers, butchers, delicatessen stores, liquor stores, and
barber shops.
Nowadays, most of them have been replaced by large apartment buildings, and there are few vestiges of the old days left.
This building is a rental apartment complex with 39 units.
There are many types of dwelling units such as studio, 1LDK, and 2LDK maisonette type.
This was done in the hope that residents would be able to choose the type of residence that suit their lifestyle,rather than having to adjust
their lifestyle to the dwelling unit type.
This variety of dwelling unit types overlap with the variety of stores that once lined the shopping district.
