- この建物は賃貸集合住宅と歯科クリニックからなる。
集合住宅は全12戸あり、その全てが異なった住戸タイプとなっている。
住戸タイプ同様に異なるタイプの人々が住むことにより、様々なコミュニティーが生まれると楽しいと考えたからだ。
歯科クリニックはポリカーボネート板の可動間仕切りにより、クリニックの使用状況に合わせ間仕切りを変えることが出来る。
フレキシビリティーがテーマとなっている。

This building consists of a rental apartment complex and a dental clinic.
There are a total of 12 apartments, and all of them are different types of dwelling units.
This was done because it was thought that by having different dwelling unit types,different types of people would live there and they would create
different communities and it would be fun.
The dental clinic has movable partitions made of polycarbonate panels that can be changed according to the usage of the clinic.
Flexibility is the concept of this project.
